Agreement and eligibility
By creating an invoice, purchasing, activating a license, or using an ELUX product, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and must provide accurate account and payment information.
License and account
A purchase grants the identified Discord account a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the product for the purchased duration. You are responsible for your Discord account, approved devices, license key, and activity performed through them. Do not sell, share, sublicense, or expose access credentials.
Acceptable use
You may not attack or probe ELUX systems, bypass licensing or device controls, interfere with other customers, automate abusive requests, distribute protected files, reverse engineer access controls, submit fraudulent payment reports, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Availability and updates
Products may require updates, supported environments, or temporary maintenance. ELUX may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, or operational reasons. Product status, instructions, duration, price, and compatibility shown at checkout form part of the purchase description.
Enforcement
ELUX may suspend sessions, revoke access, or terminate accounts for fraud, security risk, license sharing, abuse, or material breach. Where appropriate, ELUX may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Remote session controls do not permit ELUX to access unrelated files on your device.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELUX services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated at purchase. ELUX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platforms, customer configuration, or blockchain network conditions. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow ELUX to exclude.
