These policies describe current ELUX site behavior. They are general information, not legal advice, and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an invoice, purchasing, activating a license, or using an ELUX product, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Refund Policy. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and must provide accurate account and payment information. If you are accepting for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Discord account and security
ELUX uses Discord sign-in to identify an account; ELUX does not receive your Discord password. You are responsible for your Discord account, approved devices, license key, and activity performed through them. Keep keys and one-time connection codes private and notify ELUX Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Digital licenses
A purchase grants the identified Discord account a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the purchased product for the purchased duration. Do not sell, share, sublicense, expose, or attempt to duplicate access. Product descriptions, requirements, pricing, duration, stock, and compatibility shown before checkout are part of the purchase description.
Payments and third parties
Card payments are processed through Stripe checkout. Cryptocurrency payments depend on the selected network, wallet instructions, confirmations, exchange conditions, and the transaction being sent correctly. ELUX does not control Discord, Stripe, blockchain networks, or other third-party services, and their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Delivery and activation
After payment is confirmed, ELUX may assign a key, enable access, or provide the purchased download in the customer dashboard. Some licenses begin when first activated or connected to an approved device. Access can be delayed by payment review, stock, maintenance, security checks, or incorrect payment details.
Acceptable use
You may not attack or probe ELUX systems, bypass licensing or device controls, interfere with other customers, automate abusive requests, distribute protected files, reverse engineer access controls, submit fraudulent payment reports, evade a suspension, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
Support, refunds, and enforcement
Support is provided through the available ELUX Support Center. Refund review is governed by the Refund Policy. ELUX may suspend sessions, revoke access, or terminate accounts for fraud, security risk, license sharing, abuse, or material breach. Where appropriate, ELUX may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELUX services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated at purchase. ELUX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platforms, customer configuration, unsupported environments, or blockchain network conditions. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow ELUX to exclude.
Changes and notices
ELUX may update these Terms when its products, security controls, or legal obligations change. The current version is posted here with its update date. Notices may be delivered through the dashboard, a support conversation, or the contact method associated with your account. Questions and legal requests should be sent through ELUX Support.
