How does delivery work?
After ELUX verifies payment, one available key is assigned to your order and appears in your dashboard.
Where will my license key appear?
Open Dashboard, then My Products. Keys stay masked until you choose to reveal them.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Checkout is disabled for that duration unless ELUX has explicitly enabled backorders.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes, when an active wallet and network are available. A submitted transaction still requires verification before fulfillment.
What is the refund policy?
