Information ELUX uses
ELUX processes Discord account identifiers and profile details, purchases and invoices, payment references, support messages, security logs, IP addresses, and one-way device fingerprints. ELUX does not receive your Discord password and does not store raw hardware identifiers.
Why it is used
This information is used to authenticate customers, deliver purchases, operate licenses, prevent abuse, investigate payments, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. ELUX limits staff access by role and records important administrative actions.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, payments, storage, and security, or when legally required. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Your choices
You can review purchases and support records in your dashboard. Contact ELUX Support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction, security, and accounting records may need to be retained after an account request.
