Choose your license
Open the ELUX product catalog and select a product to review its description and purchase options. Check these details before starting checkout:
- Duration and price
- Compare the license durations offered on the product page. Choose the access period you need and review the checkout total, including any displayed card surcharge.
- Requirements
- Read the product’s requirements and setup information. If your hardware or software is not covered, ask support before paying.
- Status and stock
- Check the current product status and your chosen option’s availability. If an option is marked as a backorder, confirm delivery expectations with support.
Use your Discord account
Use “Continue with Discord” in the site header to sign in. Your ELUX purchases and app access are associated with that account, so use the same Discord account when returning to your dashboard.
Before paying, confirm the invoice’s delivery option: a new license, an extension where available, or a gift. Check the recipient carefully when choosing a gift.
Confirm your payment
Select your duration and payment method, review the total and policies, then start checkout. Your invoice provides the payment instructions and order status.
Card checkout
When card checkout is available, enter your payment details in the Stripe checkout form. Stripe confirms payment automatically. Follow your invoice until delivery is confirmed.
Crypto checkout
Choose an accepted cryptocurrency on the invoice. Send the exact amount to the displayed address using the specified network, then submit your transaction hash in the payment report.
Staff review begins after that report is submitted. A private Discord purchase ticket is also created for payment questions. Sending crypto alone does not complete the verification process.
Payment verification and product availability affect delivery. Check your invoice for progress and use its support conversation if you need help.
Find your access
After payment is verified and the order is fulfilled, open your ELUX dashboard to view the delivered license and available product access. Use the product’s own instructions for downloads, activation, and setup.
If you bought an extension, check the existing license for the added time. If you selected a gift, the delivered access belongs to the chosen recipient’s account.
Connect or get help
If your product uses ELUX app connection, open the app and enter its one-time code on the Connect app page. Sign in with the Discord account that owns the license and confirm the device shown.
For an order or technical issue, open Purchase Support from your dashboard or use your invoice’s support conversation. Include your invoice number and a clear description of the issue. Keep license keys and passwords private.
